The P90X Legs and Back workouts are always tedious for me. Maybe it’s because my legs aren’t my strongest body part. (I love working out my arms and chest because I feel and see success immediately.) I also struggle with the Plyometrics workout because anything squat related is just annoying. But I can’t let annoying get in the way of progress!
It’s really important you exercise a muscle group to drink a protein or recovery shake. The fibers in your muscles actually tear when you work them out – protein helps rebuild them. So get your protein in!
