This morning I did legs, back, and abs. I discovered that my legs and balance were shot from my Yoga X routine (yesterday’s workout), which I did at the end of the day. There is wisdom to allowing a full 24 hours between workouts. Otherwise, I do feel quite amazing and better. It was also my first day with the Results and Recovery post-workout drink.
I was able to do all of the pull up routines (about 10 each, with my feet on my tip toes for some assist). With the leg stuff, I need to work on getting lower in the squats and stances, I hated it in Karate classes, and I still hate it now. I still pushed as much as I could!
