Witness the Birth of a Super Hero

It’s time. Be a part of the excitement!

If you like superheroes and super powers you’ll love Stop Motion: A Tale of Unexpected Super Heroes and Villains—one of the latest novel series I’m writing.

What is Stop Motion?

Well, first off, it’s a code name for a yet-to-be-named LGBTQ+ superhero novel series. Today, there are three books planned for Stop Motion.

Stop Motion is the story of Quinn McAlester and his best friend Blake Hargreaves, high school classmates who acquire super powers through a freak accident. Quinn is a mildly popular, in-the-closet gay and kindhearted guy who lacks the confidence to be himself wants to see his friends and classmates strive to live their best life. Blake is an unpopular student with an impatient attitude and short-fused temper who resents anyone who seems to have it easy in life. As time passes and their super powers grow, Quinn and Blake’s friendship crumbles and the boys must make difficult choices. In Stop Motion, an unsuspecting hero will rise above his insecurities and face unexpected challenges and heartbreak as he discovers just how dangerous super powers really are.

Want to be the first to read it?

The first people to read the chapter drafts will be the Alpha Reader members of my Advanced Reader Team.

An alpha reader is someone I trust who won’t mind reading the not-fully-polished draft. You’ll provide feedback by telling me what parts you loved and what parts you didn’t quite understand, which characters they adored and which characters felt underdeveloped. As an alpha reader, you’ll need to be kind but honest; someone who will encourage me to embark on my next stage of revisions and give me some helpful notes. You will receive credit in the final publication and a free paperback.
